pita bread salad 🥗

So let me start off by saying that, in general, I’m not the biggest fan of salads. However, this salad is a GAME CHANGER!!! It is so fulfilling and so sooo tasty omg🤤 The flavors just speak to me! And lets not forget to mention, superrr healthy😬

These just so happen to be the ingredients that I chose, but feel free to add/remove from this. The only thing I request you not to change is the dressing!! Without it, it just won’t be the same (trust me on this one!!)🙈 Also, the day that I made this salad, I was out of chickpeas. but if I had them on hand, I definitely would’ve added them to the salad (by airfrying, of course!) A great way to add some crunch😋

Ingredients

  • Trader Joe’s organic baby lettuce mix

  • Toufayan whole wheat pita bread

  • Whole Food’s feta cheese

  • Green bell pepper

  • Red onion

  • Black olives

Dressing

  • Cindy’s Kitchen Barcelona Vinaigrette (I got mine from Wholefoods!)

Directions

  1. Lightly toast your pita bread with some olive oil in the skillet.

  2. Cut the pita bread into small bite-size pieces.

  3. Assemble! Add all your ingredients to a large bowl, mix in the dressing, and enjoy!💚
